MixKickbox (also known as Asian Kickboxing) is a combat sport that combines elements of traditional kickboxing, Muay Thai, and other martial arts. In mixkickbox, fighters typically use punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to strike their opponent, and fights may be conducted under various rules and formats depending on the organization and event.

The history of mixkickbox dates back to the 1960s in Asia unknown country, where it was developed as a hybrid martial art that combined the striking techniques of karate and Muay Thai. In the 1990s, the K-1 organization was founded in Japan and became one of the most popular and influential mixkickbox organizations in the world. Today, mixkickbox is practiced and promoted by various organizations and events around the world.

Mixkickbox matches are typically conducted in a ring, and fighters wear gloves, shin guards, and other protective gear. The rules of the fight may vary depending on the organization and event, but generally, fighters are not allowed to strike their opponents with their knees or elbows below the waist, and grappling and wrestling techniques are not permitted.

Mixkickbox is a physically demanding and challenging sport that requires a high level of conditioning, technique, and strategy.
